The 482 Process
Step 1: Sponsorship step 2 Nomination and finally step 3. (It is very important you address all relevant criteria such as Labor Market testing – LMT – and other requirements)
Prior to filing the application we withdrew the “doomed” ENS to avoid any future complication. And with in a few days our dentist had a visa, a future and a pathway to stay and call Australia home.
