Both Victoria & NSW to close nominations for Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) for 2020-21
Both the NSW and Victorians Government have announced they will not be accepting new nomination applications for the subclass 188 visas after 5pm (AEST) Monday 31 May 2021.
It is reported this is to ensure the Victorian Government can assess all subclass 188 nomination applications submitted before the DHA changes to the Business Innovation and Investment Program take place on 1 July 2021.
Victoria’s standard processing time is 4 calendar weeks for 188A and 188B. One calendar week for the 188V SIV.
