Here is a recent character case we won at the AAT General Divison.
The client had failed the character test: that is, he had a bad criminal history of assault, drug possession and numerous property offenses – he was no choir boy: The client, by his own admission had got caught up in the “wrong” crowd when he was a young man. As is often the case the mistakes of our past shape our future. This was a long and difficult case.
In addition to his extensive criminal history there was also a history of domestic violence.
Violence against women and children is considered as particularly serious matter and made the case much more complex and difficult to win.
However the AR LAW SERVICES team prevailed and we won the case.
